The app offers four default workout plans for the gym, home, 7-minute workout, and bikini abs as samples. Additionally, there is an exercise library with over 90 default exercises, categorized by body-part and exercise type, allowing users to customize their own workout plans. Users can also add an unlimited number of customized exercises to the library.
The app features a one-page style dashboard, similar to a Pinterest layout, with an unlimited number of workout plan cards. These cards display week day schedule information and body-part info, making it easy for users to pick the right workout plan anytime and anywhere.
To track real-time progress, FITEVER Gym Workout Tracker provides a one-page workout execution UI. Users can save their workout records to Apple Health, ensuring all their fitness data is stored in one place.
The app also includes a weekly calendar on the same dashboard UI, allowing users to keep track of their weekly workout progress. Exercises are counted as stars, while workouts are counted as flags, adding a fun element to the tracking process.
With notification reminders on workout days and a progress bar to track the progress of the current week, FITEVER Gym Workout Tracker aims to motivate users towards their goal of exercising every week.
Please note that the body measurements logging and tracking feature is only available on iPhone, as it is integrated with Apple Health.
